Throughout my career, I’ve built organizations, advised leaders, served communities, and worked alongside people who are committed to making things better than they found them.

Whether I’m helping a CEO navigate a transition, building a new initiative from the ground up, or serving in local government, my goal is the same: help people move forward and create lasting impact.

I founded Talbott Talent, a boutique executive search firm serving mission-driven organizations nationwide. Through years of focusing on developing relationships, we experienced consistent growth, becoming a trusted advisor to CEOs, board members, and organizational leaders.

My professional expertise spans leadership, finance, operations, governance, strategy, and sales.

I currently serve my community as President of the Board of Zoning Appeals, Carmel Farmers Markets City Liaison, and member of the OneZone Chamber Business Action Committee.
